Mission

To climb alongside midshipmen as they face the same mountain of trials, tests, and transformation that generations of naval officers have conquered—offering wisdom, perspective, and the tools to endure—so no future leader falls for lack of support.

Vision

A future where every midshipman who begins the climb is equipped to finish it—commissioned, confident, and forged into a leader worthy of the generations who came before and the service that lies ahead.
